Bio
Having spent most of her life involved in athletics, it was a natural transition for Loren to begin her journey into Crossfit in early 2012. In her professional career, Loren has worked with several companies around the periphery of the Crossfit community and has built strong relationships with several affiliates nationwide. The challenges that Crossfit presents has been an excellent test and driver, both physically and professionally.
Loren joined Baydog in 2017 and has been and active member of our community ever since. She loves to share her passion for the sport with others.
Loren lives in Arnold with her husband Steve and daughters Taylor and Payton.
