Bio
Coach Joe is a firefighter, musician (check out his band, Park’s Edge, at several local events throughout the year), and an athlete with a CrossFit Level 1 Certification. He and his wife, Jen, are both members at Baydog Fitness and reside in Arnold, MD with their daughter Zoe.
