**Please note: This internship program requires you to be an active, paying member at the gym. Our staff will invest considerable resources into your education and development. Participants should treat this as an education and development course. The 12-week program is broken into two learning categories: The Business of Fitness and Coaching. You’ll work closely with our Director of Training, Josh Snyder and CEO Matt Scanlon to dive deep into building your coaching skills, customer service skills, and business education. Two internship tracks are held annually: Summer (Beginning in May) and Winter (Beginning in January). Interested in coaching with us! We would love to have you join the pack of dedicated and experienced coaches! At a minimum, our coaching requirement is a CrossFit Level One certificate. If you are interested in coaching classes other than CrossFit, please note that in your cover letter and include any other specialty certifications and availability. We’re always seeking applicants.
